Photos may be taken of you during the event. By registration you agree that these photos may be used by the Midnight Sun foundation for marketing purposes or posted on the event's website, social media and results lists during and after the event

Refund
Registration is binding, and the entry fee is non-refundable by the organizer. A onetime license to the Norwegian Athletics federation is included in the registration fee. The start number is personal. registration may be transferred to another runner for a fee within deadline at the same distance as original. It is not permitted to participate with a start number other than your own.

If you must withdraw due to health-related reasons you may transfer your registration to the next edition of the event for a fee of NOK 150.- You must present a doctor’s note or other documentation of your condition.

Force majeure / Race cancelation
