On Sunday, May 31, 2026, Tromsø Løpeklubb will organize the traditional Eidemila in cooperation with Eide Handel.

10 km race, women and men: Start at 12:00
5 km fun run, women and men: Start at 12:00

Course route
The course runs out-and-back north toward Kvaløysletta along the pedestrian path. The turnaround point for the 10 km is just before the roundabout at Ban Thai on Kvaløysletta. For the 5 km, the turnaround is at the bus stop below Kvaløya VGSe. Please note that since the start and finish are not at the same location, the turnaround points are not exactly at 2.5 km and 5 km. The courses are officially measured.

Entry fee
NOK 250
For runners without a full-year license from the Norwegian Athletics Federation, a one-time license fee of NOK 30 applies in addition to the entry fee. Read more about the federation’s licensing scheme here.

Prizes
For the podium places for women and men in the 10 km, the following prizes apply:
1st place: NOK 1,500
2nd place: NOK 1,000
3rd place: NOK 500

Raffle prizes and contributions
After the race, there will be great raffle prizes worth many thousands of kroner. Everyone has a chance to win.

Electronic registration via the registration button. We encourage as many people as possible to use this, to avoid queues and delays on race day.

Junior Carousel
